Shipping Policy


Shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a wrong item.

There will be a $10.00 fee for packages that are unable to be delivered.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your shipping address within 5-10 business days. Exceptions are communicated on the product information page under “Availability” and stock is shown during checkout. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified via e-mail.



Can I ship my order to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. Rates are calculated during checkout. Flat rate shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.



Can I ship my order to Canada?
Yes. Rates are calculated during checkout. Shipping methods available include UPS Standard to Canada, USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. Expect an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days. Certain items cannot be shipped to Canada.



Can I ship my order outside of the US and Canada?
Yes. Rates are calculated during checkout. Shipping methods available are USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. Expect an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days. International customers are responsible for checking with their own country’s customs before ordering to make sure all products on the order are allowed in the country. A list of countries 123Tack ships to is available during the checkout process. Must I sign for my delivery?
Unless otherwise requested 123Tack does not require signatures for delivery. Please inspect your package upon delivery and document all damage on the delivery receipt. If an item is damaged, delivery should be refused and 123Tack.com must be notified immediately. All shipping and merchandise packaging must be saved for claims.



May I choose my shipping carrier?
Yes. We offer both UPS and USPS. If you choose our flat rate shipping option the shipping address provided must be deliverable by both the USPS and UPS. If your address is not deliverable by both methods then you must choose the method that is appropriate for the address. Please note that we utilize our manufacturers’ warehouses in some cases so not every product is available to ship via USPS. You will be contacted in this case.



Who do I call if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier?
If your order is broken or damaged, refuse the delivery and call Customer Service at 1-800-239-8119. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging for a claim to be made.



Is expedited shipping available on all products?
Expedited shipping is available on most of the products we sell. If you are unsure if your item can be expedited please call customer service at 1-800-239-8119.



Why does Next Day or other expedited services sometimes take longer than that to arrive?
Orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Be sure to look at the availability of a product before you select a shipping method. Some items take longer than others to leave the warehouse.

Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping service provider has picked up their last shipment, is one factor that can affect shipping time. As a rule, you can expect orders shipped Next Day to take 2-3 business days to arrive, and orders shipped 2nd Day to arrive within 3-4 business days.

Can I pick my order up at your location in Ocala, Fl?
Using the “in store pickup” shipping option will allow you to pick up your merchandise from our location in Ocala, Florida without having to pay shipping. Some items due to their size and/or weight carry shipping surcharges which are noted on their product pages. Shipping surcharges will still show up using the in store pickup shipping option although you will not be charged for them nor will they show up on your final receipt. In store pickup orders that are placed before 11am Monday through Friday can be picked up after 2pm. In store pickups placed after 11am can be picked up the following day, Monday through Saturday. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email telling you so. Unless otherwise arranged the customer has three business days to pick up their order until it is canceled and placed back into inventory.

***While we make every effort to make sure we are accurate in our shipping rate calculations, we do reserve the right to contact customers with a different rate than what was stated during checkout. We will never change a charge without a customer’s prior approval.
