OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order.

You may return any product with which you are not satisfied for a full refund, exchange or credit within (30) thirty days.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is when the customer receives a wrong product or a product he/she did not order.

If goods arrived damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to take the required action with the shipping company as it is the policy of the shipping companies for the receiver to initiate this process (ie UPS).

All returns must include the sales receipt and be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Used or worn items cannot be returned.

Special, custom, or personalized (e.g. monogrammed) orders cannot be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
