OUR SADDLE POLICY

Saddles must fit both the horse and rider.
If you are not satisfied with the fit of a saddle you may return it unused within (10) ten days for a refund, credit or exchange.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is when the customer receives a wrong product or a product he/she did not order.

If goods arrived damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to take the required action with the shipping company as it is the policy of the shipping companies for the receiver to initiate this process (ie UPS).

Please be aware that saddles which show any signs of wear or use will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. This includes sweat marks, girth marks, and scuff marks.
