Extra shipping charges are applicable on certain large items such as saddles. These can be reviewed at checkout and in most cases will be noted on a product's page.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a wrong item.
There will be a $10.00 fee for packages that are unable to be delivered.
When will my order ship?
In stock items
Orders will ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 11 am EST Monday through Friday will ship that day. Orders placed after 11 am EST will ship the following business day. An order placed at 10 am on a Friday will ship that Friday. An order placed at 1pm on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends and Holidays will not ship until the next business day.
Out of stock items
Customers will be contacted via email about items that are out of stock and their approximate ship dates.
When will my order arrive?
Ground
An order shipped using Ground service should arrive within 10 business days from the ship date. Unless noted during checkout, Ground orders can ship UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx.
Three day
An order shipped using Three Day service will arrive the third business day after the order is shipped. If an order ships on Monday, it will arrive Thursday. If an order ships on Friday, it will arrive Wednesday. Three day orders will ship via UPS.
Two day
An order shipped using Second Day service will arrive the second business day after it is shipped. If an order ships on Monday, it will arrive Wednesday. If an order ships on Friday, it will arrive Tuesday. Two day orders will ship via UPS.
Next day
An order shipped using Next Day service will arrive the following business day. If an order ships on Monday, it will arrive Tuesday. If an order ships on Friday, it will arrive Monday. Next day orders will ship UPS.
Canada shipments
For shipments to Canada we will charge your card the actual amount it costs to ship your item/items. The flat rate of $35.00 USD represents a fee that in our experience covers most orders to Canada. International shipments
For international shipments we will charge your card the actual amount it costs to ship your item/items. The flat rate of $50.00 USD represents a fee that in our experience covers most international orders. Actual shipping charges will be less in most cases. In Store Pickup
Using the “in store pickup” shipping option will allow you to pick up your merchandise from our location in Ocala, Florida without having to pay shipping. Some items due to their size and/or weight carry shipping surcharges which are noted on their product pages. Shipping surcharges will still show up using the in store pickup shipping option although you will not be charged for them nor will they show up on your final receipt. In store pickup orders that are placed before 11am Monday through Friday can be picked up after 2pm. In store pickups placed after 11am can be picked up the following day, Monday through Saturday. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email telling you so. Unless otherwise arranged the customer has three business days to pick up their order until it is canceled and placed back into inventory.
